Dr Erika Schoeman and her team’s aim is to always create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. We provide a wide range of treatments from excellent preventative dentistry to more complex smile makeovers and also the very latest facial rejuvenation treatments.

Our state-of-the-art clinic is located in the village of Puckeridge, Hertfordshire just off the A10/A120, with easy access to the M25 junction 25 and the M11. Stansted airport is only 30 minutes from the clinic.

The clinic has a double door front entrance, a washroom and a ground floor surgery for wheelchair access. There is also a designated parking space for patients with disabilities and families with young children.

Our clinic boasts modern state-of-the-art dental equipment in all of the fully air-conditioned surgeries. There is also a dedicated sterilisation room to ensure the highest quality in our cross infection standards, as we take the well-being and safety of our patients very seriously. We understand the concerns many patients have over cross infection control. Our clinic follows all of the national guidelines for cross infection control and our staff have regular training in cross infection procedures. We use single-use materials wherever possible.

Appointments

If you are a new patient wishing to join the practice you will need an appointment for an initial introductory consultation. We will do a full dental examination, a gum health assessment, and an oral cancer screening. Using low dose digital x-ray and intra-oral cameras, we will demonstrate to you any problem areas and help you understand treatment options available to you.

You will also be asked to complete a confidential medical history questionnaire. This is important before we plan or start any treatment for you.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a minimum cancellation fee of £65 if you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours.

Emergency Appointments

In case of any dental emergencies, during practice hours please contact the practice immediately. We will always endeavour to see a patient in pain on the same day. If you require emergency treatment outside surgery hours, please telephone the practice for emergency arrangements.
