Pick up your custom Invisalign aligners and start wearing them immediately, except for meals and brushing. You'll be back to see us every 1-2 weeks for a quick check-up and to collect your next set of adjusted aligners
Step 3:
Before you know it (usually around 12 to 18 months), you'll be showing off your new smile! We'll fit you with a retainer to keep those teeth perfectly aligned for years to come.

So, How Does Invisalign Work?
Invisalign aligners move the teeth with an appropriate placement of controlled movement on the teeth.
Invisalign controls the amount of movement per aligner and also the timing of the movement. This results in an efficient force delivery system that moves teeth into the desired prescribed position.
Each aligner is worn for about 14 days before being replaced by the next aligner in the series.
As you replace each aligner, your teeth will move – little by little, week by week – until they have straightened to the projected final position.

Yes, Invisalign is available for teenagers and can be up to 6 months faster than traditional braces. For many kids and teens, they find Invisalign is more comfortable and they prefer that the braces are invisible and discrete.
Invisalign can work very well for kids and teenagers, particularly for mild-to-moderate crowding, spacing and certain bite problems.

We are a private practice and do not provide Invisalign on the NHS. Invisalign is considered cosmetic treatment and is very rarely offered to children, teens or adults under the NHS.
